1. Where do you ship from?

We ship products directly from our trusted suppliers, mainly located in China. Some items may also ship from U.S. or EU warehouses when available.


2. How long does shipping take?

Shipping usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on the product and your location. Please visit our Shipping & Handling page.


3. How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all items.


4. Will my items arrive in one package?

Not always. Since we work with multiple suppliers, your items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.


5. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package using our tracking page or directly via the courier's website.


6. Why hasn't my tracking updated?

Tracking can take 3–7 days to update, especially in the early stages of international shipping. If there’s no update after 7 business days, feel free to contact us.


7. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders are processed quickly, so we can only cancel or modify them within 12 hours of purchase. Contact us as soon as possible if you need changes.


8. What if the item I received is damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or offer a refund if the item is damaged or not as described.


9. Do you offer refunds?

Yes! If your item doesn’t arrive within 25 days or arrives damaged, we’ll offer a full refund or replacement. Please read our Refund Policy for full details.


10. Are there any customs fees or taxes?

Most of the time, there are no extra fees. However, depending on your country's laws, you may be responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
